This letter <br /> serves as official notice that the proposed expansion of a legal nonconforming residence does <br /> not conform to the Manteca General Plan land use pattern designated for this land area. The <br /> Manteca Plan designates this property and others in the area for General Commercial use. <br /> In this regard, approval of the residential project would result in a nonconforming land use and <br /> an incompatible environmental setting.
