Ms. Carol Ornelas indicated that they are already in the process of removing the structure and <br /> were testing for asbestos. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed comments from the City of Stockton Public Works Department. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that the City of Stockton is currently recommending denial. The City of <br /> Stockton indicated that the proposed project of 76 units on 3 plus acres exceeds the maximum <br /> 17.4 dwelling per gross acre allowed and that the City would not be able to provide sewer, water <br /> or stormwater unless the General Plan is consistent with the use. Mr. Martin informed the <br /> applicants that the City's acreage is 6 not 3 and that it does meet the designation, and that he has <br /> spoken with Mr. Larrouy at the City and he is looking into the issue. <br /> Mr. Martin asked Mr. Karam who determines service in the East Stockton Sewer District. Mr. <br /> Karam indicated that if they are in the District the County can. Mr. Karam asked Mr. Martin to <br /> contact Francis Lau regarding the sewer water and drainage. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that he spoke with Mike Higgins of Caltrans regarding the Traffic Study. <br /> Mr. Martin indicated that Mike Higgins told him that the study would not be required until the <br /> Site Approval is submitted. <br /> Mr. Karam informed the applicants that the Traffic Study, which is required by Caltrans, will <br /> need to be reviewed by San Joaquin County's Public Works Department.
