Mr. Martin informed <br /> the applicants that the department will be recommending approval to the Planning Commission. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division requirements. Mr. Borges informed the <br /> applicants that "will serve" letters from the appropriate agencies will be required for provision of <br /> public sewer and public water. Mr. Borges also informed the applicants of the trash and <br /> abandoned structure that will need to be removed along with an abandoned structure, and 2 <br /> abandoned wells that will need to be destroyed. <br />
