Mr. Martin informed the applicants that the department will be recommending approval to the Planning Commission. Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Division requirements. Mr. Borges informed the applicants that "will serve" letters from the appropriate agencies will be required for provision of public sewer and public water. Mr. Borges also informed the applicants of the trash and abandoned structure that will need to be removed along with an abandoned structure, and 2 abandoned wells that will need to be destroyed.
