STATE ROUTE 99 W. <br /> FRONTAGE ROAD, ACAMPO) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above Site Approval application to establish a private K- <br /> v 8 school for a maximum of 200 students (Use Type: Educational Services-General). <br /> The project includes utilizing 8,560 square feet of existing structures of an existing <br /> religious facility and the construction of two 960 square feet modular buildings as offices. <br /> W There is an existing religious facility approved at the site for a maximum of 990 <br /> 40 worshippers that will continue to operate. <br /> v <br /> W� The General Plan designation of the parcel is A/G (General Agriculture) and Resource <br /> 4. Conservation (OS/RC) and the zoning is AG-20 (General Agriculture, 20-acre minimum). <br /> CS(LA �v-� The property is located on the west side of State Route 99 West Frontage Road, 700 <br /> feet south of Winery Road, north of Lodi. <br /> r-` The Community Development Department has reviewed the above referenced <br /> application and offers the following comments: <br /> Back-ground <br /> On August 28, 1997, the Board of Supervisors approved Use Permit application No. UP- <br /> 97-3 for a regional church with a maximum capacity of 990 people (Religious Assembly- <br /> Regional). <br /> On June 24, 2008, the applicant applied for Site Approval application No. PA-0800193 <br /> for a private K-8 school for a maximum of 200 students. The Department of Public <br /> Works required a traffic study in their response letter dated July 30, 2008. The applicant <br /> did not move forward with the project and on August 22, 2011, the project was <br /> withdrawn. <br /> 1 <br />
