PA-1200221 OFF FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH NAZARENE (C/O LODI CHRISTIAN SCHOOL) (APN: 013-220-35) (ADDRESS: 18621 N. STATE ROUTE 99 W. FRONTAGE ROAD, ACAMPO) The applicant has submitted the above Site Approval application to establish a private K- v 8 school for a maximum of 200 students (Use Type: Educational Services-General). The project includes utilizing 8,560 square feet of existing structures of an existing religious facility and the construction of two 960 square feet modular buildings as offices. W There is an existing religious facility approved at the site for a maximum of 990 40 worshippers that will continue to operate. v W� The General Plan designation of the parcel is A/G (General Agriculture) and Resource 4. Conservation (OS/RC) and the zoning is AG-20 (General Agriculture, 20-acre minimum). CS(LA �v-� The property is located on the west side of State Route 99 West Frontage Road, 700 feet south of Winery Road, north of Lodi. r-` The Community Development Department has reviewed the above referenced application and offers the following comments: Back-ground On August 28, 1997, the Board of Supervisors approved Use Permit application No. UP- 97-3 for a regional church with a maximum capacity of 990 people (Religious Assembly- Regional). On June 24, 2008, the applicant applied for Site Approval application No. PA-0800193 for a private K-8 school for a maximum of 200 students. The Department of Public Works required a traffic study in their response letter dated July 30, 2008. The applicant did not move forward with the project and on August 22, 2011, the project was withdrawn. 1
