The project <br /> will include 8,560 square feet of existing structures and the construction of three 960 square-foot <br /> modular buildings for office space; located on the west side of State Route Highway 99 West <br /> Frontage Road approximately one-quarter mile south of Winery Road and adjacent to the north side <br /> of the Mokelumne River,north of the City of Lodi. (Supervisorial District 4) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Faith Community Church Nazarene APPLICANT: Lodi Christian School <br /> ADDRESS: 18621 N. State Route 99 West Frontage Road,Acampo APN: 013-220-35 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The southern portion of the project site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area designated as Zone AE. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 53 feet <br /> NAVD 1988. <br /> State Route 99 West Frontage Road has an existing variable-width right-of-way with a minimum of 56 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of the same. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or deem <br /> complete the application for this project: <br /> 1. Applicant shall provide to Public Works for review and approval, a"Technical Memorandum"from a <br /> registered traffic engineer certifying that the proposed development will not degrade adjacent roadways <br /> and/or intersections to unacceptable conditions. Guidelines for the required content of the"Technical <br />
