State Route 99 W. Frontage Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to the project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for <br /> approval by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well <br /> information as required by the improvement plan (including a 100% expansion <br /> area). <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees <br /> the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. <br /> This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines.
