CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> UP-96-5 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 4. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 5. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 6. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br /> 7. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. <br /> 8. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br />
