After the new well is drilled that will serve the Church, an analysis should be done on the water
in accordance with Environmental Health Department regulations. Since the groundwater
directional flow is in all probability toward the river, the leachfields can be considered
upgradient from the proposed location of this well. Therefore, the well must be grouted carefully
to at least a depth of 100 feet, or a depth prescribed by the Environmental Health Department.
There is sufficient area in the proposed leachfields to add additional drainage pipe and/or sumps.
If more leachfield area is needed in the future due to unforeseen loading, etc., the vineyard
adjacent to the north maybe used for additional area(100% replacement area). We recommend
that a 2" tightline be plumbed to the vineyard before the construction of the parking area. This
line can be connected to a pump in the third tank in the event that it is needed without disturbing
the pavement.
V.
