SA-92-64 OF CHRISTY <br /> BROTHERS (C/O JACK W. CHRISTY) <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a <br /> contractor ' s office within an existing building. The site has <br /> previously been approved for the sale and rental of agricultural <br /> equipment. The property is located between State Route 99 and the <br /> West Frontage Road, north of the Mokelumne River. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 1 . This approval shall be for the establishment of a <br /> contractor ' s office within an existing building. There <br /> shall be no outdoor storage of construction equipment <br /> associated with the approved use. <br />
