SA-92-64 OF CHRISTY BROTHERS (C/O JACK W. CHRISTY) The request is for a Site Approval application to establish a contractor ' s office within an existing building. The site has previously been approved for the sale and rental of agricultural equipment. The property is located between State Route 99 and the West Frontage Road, north of the Mokelumne River. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. Conditions of Approval: 1 . This approval shall be for the establishment of a contractor ' s office within an existing building. There shall be no outdoor storage of construction equipment associated with the approved use.
