The approved use shall not be initiated until all of the <br /> Conditions of Approval for Site Approval Application No. <br /> SA-92-27 have been complied with, including issuance of <br /> the Final Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 3 . There shall be no outdoor storage of construction <br /> material associated with the approved use unless it is <br /> screened from the view of motorists on State Route 99 and <br /> the West Frontage Road by an eight foot high, solid fence <br /> or wall and the location is included on an Improvement <br /> Plan. The outdoor storage area may be surfaced with a <br /> minimum of six (6) inches of rock base. Surfacing <br /> details shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 4 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 5 . A minimum of two (2) additional automobile parking spaces <br /> shall be provided for the approved use. The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with <br /> the requirements of Section 9-1015 of the Development <br /> Title. The spaces shall be installed prior to the <br /> initiation of the approved use and shall be permanently <br /> paved with concrete or asphalt concrete and be <br /> delineated. The spaces shall be permanently paved with <br /> either concrete or asphalt concrete. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided where necessary to protect structures or <br /> properties. <br /> 6 . There shall be no truck or automobile parking associated <br /> with the approved use on State Route 99 , West Frontage <br /> Road. <br /> 7 . One wall-mounted sign shall be permitted as a part of <br /> this approval.
