STATE ROUTE 99,ACAMPO <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection and treatment system <br /> constructed in conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public <br /> Works. A waste water treatment plant study acceptable to the Department of Public <br /> Works and San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division is required prior to the approval of the improvements plans of any work <br /> within the site. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 2. Submit plans for a sewage treatment plant for the entire development to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for approval. The plans must be designed by a <br /> Registered Engineer(San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 3.
