Public restroom facilities shall be provided as required by the California Business <br /> and Professions Code, Section 13 65 1, subdivision (b). <br /> 5. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 6. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed <br /> 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a <br /> yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, <br /> CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9. <br /> 7. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California <br /> Health and Safety Code, Section 27550) <br /> 8. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 9. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> 10. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain a EPA identification number <br /> and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> 11.
