NOW y <br /> INTRODUCTIONIPROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> /The parcel located west of Rte. 99, south of Woodbridge Road and north of the Mokelumne <br /> River contains 8.5 acres. The CDD of SJC print out shows AG-20 for this parcel. <br /> The parcel will be divided forming Parcel 1 and 2. The vicinity map on the TPM locates the <br /> parcel. <br /> The TPM shows full development on Parcel 2. Parcel 1 contains a metal building. <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> /The current owner acquired the parcel in 2004 and raises goats. Parcel 1 contains weeds. The <br /> former owner was James Freeman. No trees or vines are visable on the parcel. The soil is silty <br /> sand and has a rapid perc rate. No potential problems are evident. The 1957 aerial, included, <br /> shows what appears to be a grape vineyard. The Agricultural Commissioner's Office reported no <br /> files located for the past five years. <br /> EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> k/ The septic permits of record were researched to review the repairs required in the immediate area <br /> of the site and those found were as follows: <br /> ADDRESS REPAIR REMARKS DATE <br /> 18767 N.
