Therefore, the site is physically suitable <br /> for the type of development proposed <br /> 4. The site is phi sically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the propose major subdivision will not increase <br /> the density of the parcel and is therefore consistent with the General Plan density <br /> requirements. <br /> r. <br /> 5.
