Approve Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0900096 with the Findings and Conditions of <br /> Approval contai-ned in the staff report. <br /> R <br /> Findings v <br /> 1. The.proposed plan is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific Plan, <br /> and Special Purpose Plan and other applicable plan adopted by the county. <br /> This finding can be made because the project is consistent with the General Plan as it <br /> will not increase the density of the parcel because the condominium units will occupy <br /> existing mobile home units. Also, the proposed condominium project does not <br /> change, intensify, or enlarge the existing, conditionally permitted mobile home park. <br /> TheWare no applicable Master Plans, Specific Plans, or Special Purpose Plans. <br /> 1 <br /> 2. The design o4improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Purpose Plan. <br /> • This .finding can be made because the design and improvements of the proposed <br /> subdivision are consistent with the standards contained in the General Plan because <br /> the condominium units will occupy existing mobile home units as reflected on the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed 173 condominium units will occupy <br /> the existing 173 mobile home park spaces. Therefore, the site is physically suitable <br /> for the type of development proposed <br /> 4. The site is phi sically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because the propose major subdivision will not increase <br /> the density of the parcel and is therefore consistent with the General Plan density <br /> requirements. <br /> r. <br /> 5.
