The design of the subdivision or type of improvement is not likely to cause significant public health <br /> problems. <br /> This finding can be made because the condominium units will continue to be served <br /> by a private well for water, an on-site private sanitary sewer system for wastewater <br /> treatment and an on-site retention pond for storm water drainage. <br /> 7. The design of the subdivision or the types of improvements will not conflict with easements <br /> acquired by the public at large for access through or use of property within the proposed <br /> subdivision. ' <br /> This finding can be made because there are no conflicts with the design of the <br /> condominium units as they will utilize existing roads within the mobile home park, <br /> accessed from State Route Hwy 99 E Frontage Road. <br /> 8. Any land or irnprovements to be dedicated to the County or other public agency is consistent with <br /> the General Plan, any applicable Specific Plan and Special Purpose Plan, and any other <br /> applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> This finding can be made because the land to be dedicated to the County for access <br /> rights,along the frontage the frontage of State Route 99 is consistent with the <br /> General Plan. There are no Specific Plans, Special Purpose Plans, nor other <br /> applicable plans. <br /> 9.
