This <br /> includes construction of a new drinking water well, installation of a new treatment plant, replacement of all <br /> the water lines, valves,water storage tank that is sized and designed to meet fire, Maximum Day Demand <br /> and Peak Hour Demand flows, replacement of the water pumps, and like expenditures. <br /> Depending on the the final administration and operation of the site as a condominium, this water system <br /> may fall under the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). The EHD will not issue a permit to <br /> operate the water system, until the EHD receives a written statement from the PUC stating the operation <br /> of the water system by the new property owner entity does not fall under their jurisdiction or that the <br /> iwater system meets all the PUC requirements as a regulated utility. <br /> Their lawyer's letter of June 5, 2009, makes general statements that they will accomplish the above.
