LIVE OAK GEO ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> Surface S Subsurface Contamination Report— The Arbor Mobile Home Park, Acompo <br /> June 90, 2009 <br /> 1"'7.5 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources Maps <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Online <br /> Mapping System (DOMS) was queried on June 9, 2009 for mapped oil or gas wells <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. No wells were identified. <br /> 7,6 National Pipeline Mapping System Database <br /> LOGE reviewed the National Pipeline Mapping System9 (NPMS) database for evidence <br /> of hazardous materials pipelines within one-quarter mile of the Site. It appears that a <br /> natural gas transmission pipeline is located less than one-quarter mile to the north of the <br /> Site. The pipeline is in service and operated by PG&E. No liquid product pipelines <br /> were identified within the search area. <br /> ✓8.0 IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> The following sources of past, current, on-site, and off-site contamination have been <br /> identified as a result of this investigation: <br /> Identified Contamination Source Evaluation& Recommendations <br /> 1. Monitoring and maintenance of <br /> replaced; a monthly test result from the system, including timely replacement <br /> between the filters showing any of the carbon filters, should continue <br /> detectable concentration of DBCP pursuant to local, State, and Federal <br /> indicates that the filters must be regulations, including Site-specific <br /> replaced.
