i LIY£ OAK SEO ENVIRONMENTAL Surface & Subsurface Contamination Report— The Arbor Mobile Nome Park, Acompe June 30, 2009 contamination from this facility; no sampling results or other information available. r/ 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases LOGE reviewed two databases maintained by the EHD, the Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated February 18, 2009,and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites list, undated,on June 9, 2009 for surrounding facilities of concern.. One additional listed site was found within one-quarter mile of the subject Site. • Al Thomas Trucking - 19555 N. Highway 99. According to Ms. Martinez, this site was erroneously listed on the LOP/Non-LOP Sites database (personal communication,June 18,2009). LOGE reviewed the EHD maps of Nitrate and DBCP Land Use Data dated October 22, 2001 at the EHD office. Of the two wells closest to the Site tested for nitrate as NO3, one was found to have nitrate levels less than 20 ppm, and the other had nitrate levels between 21 and 44 ppm. Of the three closest wells tested for DBCP, it was detected in one at levels less than 2.0 ppb, in another at levels greater than 2.0 ppb, and not detected in the third. LOGE also reviewed the Water Well Data Table dated March 10, 2009 for nearby addresses that have been tested for these constituents. The closest tested address, 19501 North Highway 99, was found to have nitrate as NO3 at levels from 18 to 20 mg/L (ppm); DBCP was not detected. '17.3 Office of Emergency Services Databases The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website7 was searched on June 9, 2009 for the subject Site. A Hazardous Materials Management Plan was on file; however, no specific chemicals were listed. According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES, the Site is considered an "exempt business" because it maintains hazardous materials in small volumes and is not required to report them (personal communication, June 10, 2009). Ms. Halliwell was interviewed by telephone on June 11, 2009. She indicated at this time that no incident reports are on file in the OES database for the Site address. 7.4 Agricultural Commissioner's Records The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office8 was not contacted as part of this investigation because the subject Site has not been used for agriculture in the recent past. 9
