DC Memo <br /> SA-93-0010 <br /> Page 2 <br /> existing 2 , 250 square-foot shop. This approval does not <br /> permit a truck terminal or a junkyard. <br /> 2 . Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Additional storm drainage run-off created by <br /> new improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall <br /> be shown on the Improvement Plan. Pond capacity <br /> calculations shall be submitted for approval. A plan <br /> check fee will be required. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-884) <br /> 3 . All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be paved and permanently maintained to provide a <br /> durable dust free surface. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1015) <br /> 4 . An office shall be required as a part of this approval. <br /> 5 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> for the approved use prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 6 . A total of (5) parking spaces shall be provided and shown <br /> on the Improvement Plan. The size of the parking spaces <br /> shall be consistent with the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1015 . 5 (b) of the Development Title. <br /> 7 . All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with solid <br /> walls on three sides and gated on the fourth side. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020 . 8{el ) <br /> 8 . Any abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative <br /> vehicle or part thereof , except as permitted in Section <br /> 9-1910 . 5 of the Development Title, shall be removed from <br /> the premises .
