If this project is approved, I believe <br /> it will have a negative impact on the area. <br /> This property is currently zoned for agriculture. The concerns <br /> that I have address the following issues . <br /> 1 . At the present time the proposed project site looks <br /> similar to a junk yard. <br /> 2 . Future ground contamination from oil, diesel and gasoline. <br /> Future clean up costs . <br /> 3 . Truck traffic . <br /> 4 . Smell and environmental impact. <br /> 5 . Freeway frontage is a poor site for this type of <br /> business . <br /> 6 . If this site is approved for this project, it will become <br /> a worse eyesore than what is already there. <br /> Please consider the issues I have raised when making your <br /> decision.
