Located on the E. side of S. 99 Frontage <br /> Rd. (East) , SE. of Austin Rd. , NW. of Ripon. <br /> APPLICANT: Pete & E. A. Peros APN: 243-230-11 & 12 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> South 99 Frontage Road (east) has an existing right-of-way width of <br /> 45 feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 45 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $1, 600 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" <br /> or $229 . 45 per daily trip-end generated in the Ripon area. The <br /> fee may be reduced by credit for the existing use being <br /> replaced- The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 2 .
