Lund APN: 005-190-61 <br /> INFORMATION : <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Jahant Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> North 99 Frontage Road has an existing right-of-way width of 56 <br /> feet, and a planned right-of-way width of 56 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . The frontage improvements for Jahant Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of a <br /> 60-foot right-of-way commercial street . The frontage <br /> improvements for North 99 Frontage Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way commercial street . The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred if the improvements <br /> will block the drainage and upon execution by the owner of a <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a <br /> Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction <br /> costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan . (A $250.00 <br /> fee currently is required for processing per Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10502 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and <br /> an estimate for the required frontage improvements . The <br /> estimate and legal description shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a <br /> form to be supplied by the Public Works Department and <br /> submitted to the Public Works Department for approval . As an <br /> option the Department of Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $ 100.00. ) <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-2123 ) <br />
