C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $282.78 per <br /> trip-end generated in the Lodi area. If there is no building permit required, the fee will be <br /> exempt. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record (Resolution R-90- <br /> 304). <br /> 3. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION: <br /> a. If structures exceed 12.5 feet in height, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Form No. <br /> 7640-1 shall be filed, and the applicant shall comply with any restrictions imposed by the <br /> FAA. <br /> 4. WOODBRIDGE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT: <br /> a. The fence line and the interior of the storage area shall be maintained free of weeds. <br /> b. A five-foot-wide access lane is required between the fence and the recreational vehicles. <br /> S. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The 24,000-square-foot reserve leach field area must be barricaded so that it cannot be <br /> driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. <br /> NOTE: On November 21, 1991,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved UP-92-7 subject <br /> to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - UP-92-7 <br />
