Hwy 99,Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> An addendum to the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study dated September 24, 2003 <br /> incorporating the maximum number of proposed customers and employees shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department for review and approval prior to <br /> issuance of building permits(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d). A review fee of 475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage <br /> area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot <br /> contain any underground utility lines(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.4(c)(5)). Credit shall be given for the existing septic system and should be <br /> addressed in the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study addendum. In addition,the <br /> revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal replacement <br /> area(s) demonstrating that the 100%replacement meets the minimum distance <br /> requirement from the drainage pond. The distance required in feet equals four times the <br /> vertical height of the pond. Distance is measured from the top edge of the bank. The <br /> revised site plan shall be submitted to and approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, prior to development(Water Code,Article 5, Section <br /> 13280). <br /> NOTE: The applicant proposes to pump whey from tanks into holding tank of a pump <br /> truck and to transport whey to a number of local dairies.
