No commercial waste shall be discharged <br /> into the septic system from the proposed Phase II building. <br /> E. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br /> the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br /> system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, <br /> and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> F. The State Department of Milk and Dairy Foods Control shall be contacted for licensing <br /> and any other requirements to be satisfied prior to approval of the project. <br /> G. Submit three(3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s)(California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> NOTE: It is the EHD's understanding that the existing food facility will be removed and <br /> is proposed to be reestablished in the new constructed building in Phase II. A revised site <br /> plan shall demonstrate floor plan and plumbing layouts for the proposed uses prior to <br /> approval of project. <br /> H. All the above conditions shall be approved and signed off by the appropriate agencies <br /> prior to Certificate of Occupancy. <br />
