(3) Parking spaces for persons with disability shall be provided as required by Chapters 11A and <br /> 11 B of the California Building Code. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five(25)feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty (20) feet wide. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations,Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> (2) A minimum ten (10)foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way with of State <br /> Route 99 W. Frontage Road shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.7) <br /> (3) A minimum ten (10) foot wide planting strip shall be installed along all State Route 99. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1020.9) <br /> (4) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed, and trash and dust free. <br /> (5) Plantings shall be maintained in good growing conditions and, whenever necessary, replaced <br /> with new plant materials. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way.
