This zoning designation "is <br /> intended to provide areas adjacent to full freeway interchanges for commercial uses <br /> oriented to serve the needs of the highway traveler." <br /> Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br /> Existing Septic System <br /> According to permits on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, two septic systems are located on the Site, one for the service station/mini <br /> mart and one for the restaurant (Plate 3). <br /> Proposed Septic System <br /> The site plan indicates that a new septic system is planned to serve the proposed truck <br /> lube building. <br /> On-Site Septic Permit History / <br /> l <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department septic permit files were <br /> searched for the Site addresses. Six permits were identified, all for the address of <br /> 24323 N. Highway 99: <br /> • • May 1960 permit for addition of one 30-foot leach line and one 33-inch diameter <br /> by 25-foot deep seepage pit to existing septic system at service station. <br /> • July 1968 permit for new septic system at service station. The permit indicates a <br /> 1,500-gallon septic tank, two 100-foot leach lines, and two 33-inch diameter by <br /> 25-foot deep seepage pits. <br /> • May 1969 permit for new septic system at hamburger stand. The permit <br /> indicates a 1,500-gallon septic tank, two 75-foot leach lines, and two 48-inch <br /> diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pits. A well is indicated to the northwest of <br /> the restaurant. <br /> • September 1975 permit for addition of two 48-inch diameter by 25-foot deep <br /> seepage pits to existing system at restaurant. <br /> • April 1993 permit for repair/addition to existing service station septic system. The <br /> permit indicates a 1,600-gallon tank, two 50-foot leach lines, and four 36-inch <br /> diameter by 25-foot deep seepage pits. 3 <br /> • April 1995 permit for addition of one 51-foot leach line and three 48-inch diameter <br /> by 25-foot deep seepage pits to existing septic system at restaurant. <br /> • LOGE 1711 Page 2 <br />
