STATE ROUTE 99 EAST <br /> FRONTAGE ROAD, COLLIERVILLE) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced pre-application for a General Plan Map <br /> Amendment to change the General Plan designation of two parcels totaling 3.0 acres from C/RS <br /> (Rural Service Commercial) to I/L (Limited Industrial), and a Zone Reclassification to change the <br /> same two parcels from C-RS (Rural Service Commercial) to I-W (Warehouse). The applicant <br /> states that the underlying project would be for a truck parking facility (Use Type: Truck Sales and <br /> Services, Parking). <br /> The project site is located on the southwest corner of Collier Road and N. State Route 99 East <br /> Frontage Road, Collierville. <br /> The property has a General Plan designation of C/RS (Rural Service Commercial) and is zoned <br /> C-RS (Rural Service Commercial). The project site is located within the Rural Community of <br /> Collierville. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the pre-application for PA-1200045 and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> General Plan Policies <br /> In order to approve the General Plan Map Amendment, the Planning Commission and Board of <br /> Supervisors shall determine that the internal consistency of the General Plan is maintained in <br /> adoption of the proposed General Plan Amendment.
