HIGHWAY 99 <br /> ACAMPO, CALIFORNIA <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-04-427 <br /> Y 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr. Ron Dahnke of Acampo to conduct a soil suitability study for the <br /> property at 25560 N. Highway 99,Acampo,California. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services,Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps,and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Checklist, dated July 14, 2003. <br /> 7/ 1.1 Site Description / <br /> E O /a� <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 005-141-35. The parcel is 1 acre in size (Plate <br /> 1). The county application number i 4^^�-,,7are no structures located on the Site. <br /> `. The elevation of the Site, according to a it-c"& t itweological Survey topographic map,is about <br /> 55 to 60 feet above mean sea level.
