Soil Suitability Study****** APN: 005-09-53 ******Parcel Nos. 1 &2=2.0 and 2.1 acres respectively
percolation test holes on Parcel 2 were presoaked on June 17, 2003 and percolation rates
determined on June 18 2003.
TEST RESULTS: The results of the percolation testing conducted from June 16, 2003
through June 18, 2003 are as follows:
Minimum Usable
Parcel No. Test Hole 3' Deep Percolation 25' Max. The Department of Conservation's map, together with a history of the actions
and activities that have taken place on the gas well from its original drilling to
abandonment, are contained in the four(4) sheets comprising Appendix I which is
attached to and made an integral part of this report.
The State of California, Department of Conservation, Division of Oil, Gas and
Geothermal Resources requests that they be contacted before any construction is begun
on the subject property and they will then determine and take what actions need to be
done to assure a secure and safe gas well and also what actions can be taken in and
around the well area.
DBCP &NTFRATE CONCENTRATIONS& UNDERGROUND TANKS DATA
Maps entitled "DBCP and Nitrate—Land Use"available in the Environmental
Health Department's office were consulted and contained the following chemical
concentrations in the area of the subject property.
No DBCP samples were taken in the area of the subject property, so no
concentrations of this chemical have been determined for the subject property or the
general area surrounding the subject property.
Rnhprt W Tnwpm 95R19 Nn RtntP RtP 99 Fnet FmntnaP Rnad Armmnn ('nlifnmin 9999n 5
