Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) for <br /> Parcel 1 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> 3 . DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. An acoustical study shall be prepared and submitted for <br /> approval by the Development Services Division. The study <br /> shall be prepared by an acoustical engineer. A noise <br /> attenuation wall shall be constructed along the westerly <br /> boundary of the proposed subdivision adjacent to State <br /> Route 99 in order to reduce the noise, level to 65 db Ldn <br /> at the property line for residential lots. <br /> b. The minimum parcel size shall be 100, 00 square feet. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-4010.2) <br /> 4 . SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474 .9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br /> local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br /> or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br /> aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br /> advisory agency, appeal board, or legislative body <br /> concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br /> the time provided for in Section 66499 . 37 of the <br /> Government Code. <br />
