All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br /> f . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc, and the <br /> Linden-Peters Fire District prior to issuance of the <br /> building permit.
