L L October 23,2006 ��NOA Project Number: E06103A I/3.2 On-Site Septic System Permit History No septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 20, 2006. `/3.3 On-Site Septic System Repair Permit History LNo septic permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on August 20, 2006. /3.4 Existing Septic System Usage in the Vicinity LY In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from Google Earth.com. We counted l the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum of 150 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. LThe general area consists of residences with some agriculture. There is a concentration of residences to the south of the subject property. 3.5 Septic System Permit History in the Vicinity L The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on August 20,2006: Table 1.
