One well was <br /> depicted wi a - uaz e f the subject property.The well is west of the property and has been <br /> abandoned ce une 23,1968 a days after the spud date,June 20,1968.Based on its location west <br /> Lof the property, this we does not appeaz to be of concern to the subject property. <br /> L ✓;L7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on February 9,2006. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> Lattached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be vacant land. The southern portion of the property was <br /> topographically elevated from the northern portion with a significant slope down near the northern one- <br /> quarter. There is a depression approximately 50 feet by 80 feet,which collects water,located on this <br /> portion of the property. A concrete pad&wall is located at the middle eastern portion the property; <br /> where the domestic well is located. The remainder of the land is vacant and covered with seasonal <br /> vegetation. A paved road is located along the southern half of the western property line. Minor <br /> Lamounts of construction debris were observed at the southern property boundary. <br /> Surrounding properties were surveyed at the time of the site reconnaissance. To the north of the subject <br /> property is vacant land and a canaL To the east of the property is the 99 frontage road and Highway 99. <br /> To the west of the property is single family residential housing being built. To the south are two single <br /> family residences being built, then Spiess Road, and more residences being built. <br /> L ✓3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were <br /> identified from past uses of the site, except for the following- <br /> 1 Several structures existed on the northern portion of the property between 1952 and 1993. <br /> L One former irrigation well and one septic system were located on the property. One domestic <br /> Lwell remains on the property. <br /> • <br /> The subject property was used for agricultural purposes in the past. <br /> L <br /> L13 California Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources,well map 611. <br /> L '-44 <br /> L <br />
