LConfined animal facilities such as dairies have the potential to concentrate nitrogen and other contaminants. ` The current domestic well is currently not in use. If left in place, the domestic well may be a conduit for near surface contamination to enter the drinking water aquifer. L, A.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS L Any septic systems or domestic wells identified which will not remain in use should be abandoned under / EHD oversight. If the domestic well is not properly abandoned,EHD may request reabandonment/ Any additional infrastructure or buried debris that may be encountered during site grading or Ldevelopment should be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable regulations. 8 L "'44 L
