NOA in no way <br /> warrants the accuracy or completeness of the information provided to this investigation by those <br /> sources. <br /> Lit should be noted that when an environmental assessment is completed without sample collection and <br /> quantitative analysis of soil and groundwater beneath the site,as in this study,no statement of scientific <br /> L certainty can be made regarding latent subsurface conditions which may be the result of on-site or off- <br /> site sources. The findings and conclusions of this report are not scientific certainties, but rather, <br /> probabilities based on professional judgement concerning the significance of the data gathered during <br /> ` the course of this investigation.
