A review fee of$465.00 shall be submitted to Environmental Health along with engineered <br /> designed criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel for review and <br /> approval by Environmental Health. (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> d. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> e. Due to elevation and topographical conditions, engineered designed septic systems are to be <br /> installed under permit and inspection by Environmental Health with the current fee of$600.00. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> f. Construction of individual domestic water wells under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development. (Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 5. DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION (Staff Contact: Jeff Smith, 953-8800) <br /> a. The collection of in-lieu fees for park development is required for approval of any new residential <br /> lots created in this subdivision. <br /> 6. COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Erin Sickler, 468-3913) <br /> a. This project is not subject to participate at this time for subdividing. Any future improvements or <br /> structures that require ground disturbance on this or subsequent divided parcels will be subject to <br /> participate in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan <br /> (SJMSCP) and should be resubmitted to this agency. The conditions that will be administered at <br /> the time of ground disturbance are listed below: <br /> (1) This project is subject to the SJMSCP. This can be up to a 30-day process, and it is <br /> recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. Please <br /> contact SJMSCP staff regarding completing the following steps to satisfy SJMSCP <br /> requirements: <br /> A. Schedule a SJMSCP biologist to perform a pre-construction survey prior to any ground <br /> disturbance. <br /> B. Sign and return Incidental Take Minimization Measures to SJMSCP staff(given to project <br /> applicant after pre-construction survey is completed). <br /> C. Pay the appropriate fee based on SJMSCP findings. <br /> D. Receive the Certificate of Payment to release the required permit. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - PA-0500329 <br />
