A review fee of$465.00 shall be submitted to Environmental Health along with engineered <br /> designed criteria for the proposed sewage disposal system for each parcel for review and <br /> approval by Environmental Health. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank soil suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact: Erin Sickler, 468-3913) <br /> a. This project is not subject to participate at this time for subdividing. Any future improvements or <br /> structures that require ground disturbance on this or subsequent divided parcels will be subject to <br /> participate in the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan <br /> (SJMSCP) and should be resubmitted to this agency. The conditions that will be administered at <br /> the time of ground disturbance are listed below: <br /> (1) This project is subject to the SJMSCP. This can be up to a 30-day process, and it is <br /> recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. Please <br /> contact SJMSCP staff regarding completing the following steps to satisfy SJMSCP <br /> requirements: <br /> A. Schedule a SJMSCP biologist to perform a pre-construction survey prior to any ground <br /> disturbance. <br /> B. Sign and return Incidental Take Minimization Measures to SJMSCP staff(given to project <br /> applicant after pre-construction survey is completed). <br /> C.
