1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> ✓1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one W acre parcel located at 26851 N. <br /> Highway 99, Acampo, CA. The project is in an agricultural community, and the <br /> existing parcel is zoned R/R(Rural Residential). <br /> L ✓1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to split the 174: acre parcel into eight <br /> parcels; seven 2 acre parcels and one 3�acre parcel. In accordance with the San Joaquin <br /> LCounty Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is <br /> being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical <br /> L environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and <br /> county records. This SSCR includes minimal chemical analysis. <br /> L ✓1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative map with Vicinity Map, and APN Page). <br /> AA Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 Discussion of past, present, and proposed future uses: The primary source of information <br /> ., of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Mr. Brandon Champion. <br /> Mr. Champion was interviewed on March 29, 2005. The Champion family has owned the <br /> property for approximately 18 years. This property and all surrounding properties have <br /> consistently been used for grazing land and rural residences. <br /> ✓ Future use of the property consists of either rural residential or agricultural development. No <br /> �. construction is proposed at this time. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> L� ✓3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at <br /> the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on March 15, 2005 (see appendix for <br /> results). An onsite survey performed on March 31, 2005 by staff of Dillon &Murphy, as well as <br /> '` interviewing the present owner, Mr. Brandon Champion. <br /> ✓ 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources <br /> ` of contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potential for contamination <br /> includes farming uses and a residence.
