Frontage Road4Stockton) <br /> ACTION: On February 3, 1997, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> a Revisions of Approved Actions request for SA-96-17 subject to the enclosed Revised Conditions of <br /> Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $275.00. <br /> The 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on February 13, 1997.
