REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-96-17 <br /> Oldcastle Precast, Inc. <br /> Site n xr-W Af+p4kzVon Mn. SA-9R-17 w3a approved by the Son Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on July 15, 1996. A Revisions of Approved Actions for SA-96-17 was <br /> approved on February 3, 1997. The effective date of approval for the Revision Is February 13, 1997. <br /> This approval will expire on January 24, 1998, which Is the original expiration date, unless (1) all <br /> Conditions of Approval have been compiled with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain In force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured <br /> and remain In force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to the establishment of the use and the Issuance of any building permits. Those Conditions <br /> followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. Ordinance requirements cannot he modified, and other Ordinance requirements may <br /> apply. <br /> Condition of Approval No. 1.c. has been revised as follows (the original Conditions are also attached <br /> for your information): <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> C. APPROVED USE: This approval is for the expansion of an existing concrete <br /> manufacturing facility by the addition of outside manufacturing of pre-stressed concrete <br /> piles as shown on the Plan submitted December 29, 1996 MaFGh 26, 4996. New <br /> structures include a 1440-square-foot an 890 sqWaFefeef office, a 2025-square-foot <br /> building shown on the Site Plan as OC/storage/boiler/comp, an 999 squaF@ feet <br /> three storage silos, 1600 square feet for equipment and storage, <br /> and a mixer and batch plant. <br />
