APN: 179-081-04 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the <br /> existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, <br /> are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted <br /> by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, <br /> Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . <br /> The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Mariposa Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80 feet and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 84 feet . South 99 Frontage Road has a <br /> variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of the same. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit . A detail of the new access on <br /> Mariposa Road, including turning radii and existing bridge and <br /> guardrail at Duck Creek, shall be shown on the improvement plan. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br />
