k. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) For new driveways, the driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be 40 feet <br /> maximum. The design of the driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the <br /> property without entering into the opposing lane of traffic.
