SA-96-17 OF <br /> OLDCASTLE PRECAST INC. <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This application is to expand an existing facility to include <br /> outdoor manufacturing of pre-stressed concrete piles. The <br /> project includes a new batch plan, office and storage buildings. <br /> This site is located on the east side of St. Rt. 99 E. Frontage <br /> Road, 500 feet north of Munford Ave, south Stockton. <br /> If General Plan Application No. GP-96-01 and Zone <br /> Reclassification No. ZR-96-01 are approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors on July 9 , 1996, the Community Development Department <br /> will have the following comments: <br /> Site Approval Application No. ^C was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on ^C. The effective date of approval is <br /> ^C. This approval will expire on ^C, which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have <br /> been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. ordinance requirements cannot be modified, and <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Chandler <br /> Martin, 468-3190) <br /> a. BUILDING PERMIT: Submit an "APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL <br /> BUILDING PERMIT" . The Site Plan required as a part of <br /> the building permit must be prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer or licensed architect.
