APPROVED USE: This approval is for the expansion of an <br /> existing concrete manufacturing facility by the <br /> addition of outside manufacturing of pre-stressed <br /> concrete piles as shown on the Plan submitted March 25, <br /> 1996 . New structures include an 800 square foot <br /> -office, an 800 square foot lunch/restroom facility, <br /> three storage silos, 1600 square feet for equipment and <br /> storage, and a mixer and batch plant. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an <br /> approved Business License prior to the initiation of <br /> the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. <br /> (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A Lot Line Adjustment shall be <br /> approved, and a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment shall be <br /> recorded prier to issuance of Building Permits . <br /> e. STORM DRAINAGE: Terminal drainage shall be provided or <br /> stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The <br /> drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> architect shall be included. <br /> PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and <br /> comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering <br /> areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained <br /> with base material of appropriate depth and <br /> asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015 . 5) <br /> (2) A minimum of 82 parking spaces shall be provided, <br /> including 8 accessible spaces.
