The property(s) referenced above are located within the <br /> SJAFCA Flood Control Facilities Assessment District, No. 96-1, and therefore subject to <br /> the reapportionment process. The reapportionment process requires notifying the <br /> contract administrators (B&H) of parcel adjustments and the subsequent new parcel <br /> numbers upon recording.
