i. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed according to the requirements of <br /> Section 9-1015.5{g} of the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed to confine <br /> direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted, <br /> except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a <br /> hazard to motorist. <br /> j. There shall be no parking associated with the approved use on State Route 99, West <br /> Frontage Road. <br /> k. All storage materials and related activities shall be enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight <br /> (8) in height. The screen may be comprised of a chain link fence with slats and shall be <br /> maintained during the life of the approved use. Items stored within one hundred (100)feet <br /> of the east property line shall be stacked no higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent <br /> screen. The required screening shall comply with the height and setback requirements <br /> contained in Section 9-1022.2(c) of the Development Title) Screening details shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> I. A solid masonry wall seven (7) to eight (8) feet in height shall be constructed along the <br /> west property line of the subject parcel at such time that the adjoining property to the <br /> west is developed residentially. At that time, items stored within one hundred (100) feet <br /> of the west property line shall be stacked no higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent <br /> screen. (Development Title Section 9-1022.4{e}{2}{A}) A note regarding this Condition <br /> shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> M. The use and development on the site shall be consistent with applicable requirements of <br /> the County's Tree Preservation Ordinance (Development Title Section 9-1505). <br /> 2.
