Development Committee -3- <br /> SA-93-24 <br /> h. Any outdoor trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure <br /> with solid masonry walls on three sides and gated on <br /> the fourth side. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1022 . 4{el ) Details shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be installed prior to initiation <br /> of the approved use. <br /> i. Any security or parking lot lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the requirements of Section 9-1015 . 51gl of <br /> the Development Title. All lighting shall be designed <br /> to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted, except <br /> onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorist. <br /> j . There shall be no parking associated with the approved <br /> use on State Route 99 , West Frontage Road. <br /> k. All storage materials and related activities shall be <br /> enclosed by a screen six (6) to eight (8) in height. <br /> Items stored within one hundred (100) feet of the east <br /> property line shall be stacked no higher than two (2) <br /> feet above the adjacent screen. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1022 . 4{el {21 {Al ) Screening details shall be <br /> included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 1. A solid masonry wall seven (7) to eight (8) feet in <br /> height shall be constructed along the west property <br /> line of the subject parcel at such time that the <br /> adjoining property to the west is developed <br /> residentially. At that time, items stored within one <br /> hundred (100) feet of the west property line shall be <br /> stacked no higher than two (2) feet above the adjacent <br /> screen.
