SA-94-39 OF <br /> WILLIAM S. THOMPSON <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is to build a 6, 000 square foot building for the <br /> storage of crane and rigging equipment (Truck Parking use type) . <br /> The 1. 82 acre site is currently used for the storage of <br /> equipment. Proposed services are by private well, septic system <br /> and natural drainage. This site is located on the east side of <br /> State Route 99 East Frontage Road, 370 feet south of Carpenter <br /> Road, southeast of Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application. ordinance requirements cannot be modified; and, <br /> other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have <br /> been secured and remain in force. <br /> 1 . COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A minimum of 6 parking spaces shall be provided, including 1 <br /> space for the physically handicapped. (1 space is required <br /> for every 1 , 000 square feet of building area . ) (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015 . 3) <br />
