• Truck Parking: (3) The first one hundred (100)feet of the driveway from S. State Route 99 E. Frontage Road shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free surface. The existing pavement meets this requirement. (4) All parking spaces for trucks and all major truck circulation lanes shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete. Aggregate base may be used for trailer storage areas. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties.
