Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is <br /> required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot <br /> be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used <br /> for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to final map recordation. A percolation test and a sewage disposal <br /> area, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 3 <br />
